We grow using zero pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides whether they are organic or not.
We feel that a balanced ecosystem with a full range of biodiversity is important to growing nutritious, healthy vegetables as well as for preserving the natural balance of the earth.

We grow a variety of mixed vegetables with a focus on:
Baby Roots: beets. turnips. radish
Leafy greens: lettuce mix. mesclun. braising blend. baby collards. baby kale. minors lettuce. purslane. spinach. frisee.
Culinary Herbs: rosemary. thyme. sage
parsley. dill. cilantro. basil. chives.
Alliums: scallions. garlic. leeks. red onion. yellow onion.
